Party Room Options
Packages and Pricing Information
Our party room can accommodate up to 24 guests and is available for booking with the following pricing options:
Adult Package: $75 room fee + Craft Projects

2 hour total time limit (includes set-up time).

Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks.

Minimum of 6 paid painters/participants required.

Non Refundable room fee is due at the time of booking.

All party charges will be placed on one ticket under the host's name. We do not split party payments between individual guests.

All party pottery will be packaged together under the party reservation. The host is responsible for distributing finished pieces to guests.
Kid Birthday Basic PYOP Package: $75 Room Fee + PYOP

Kid Birthday Clay Creations Package: $75 Room Fee + $35 and up depending on project .

Package includes a choice a clay project that is pre planned prior to the party.

Policies and Booking Information
Booking Process:

Reservations must be made at least 1 day in advance.

A non-Refundable, non-transferable room booking fee is required to secure your booking. This fee covers the reservation of the party room for 2 hours.

All party charges will be placed on one ticket under the host's name. We do not split party payments between individual guests.

All party pottery will be packaged together under the party reservation. The host is responsible for distributing finished pieces to guests. It is not the responsibility of Raven City Studio to get each individual item to party guest.

On the Day of the Event:

Please arrive no more than 15 Minutes early to set up any decor or food if you have chosen a premium package.

Our staff will provide an introduction and guidance to all guests on how to paint their pottery or pre-selected craft. If it is a clay class they will give full instruction.
Food and Drinks:

Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Please bring your own utensils, plates and napkins - Raven City does not provide these items.

All parties are responsible for basic clean-up - throwing away trash etc.
Safety and Care:

Children under the age of 14yrs old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Our staff will assist in the handing and firing of all pottery pieces. Finished pieces will be available for pick-up 7-10 days after the event.
Cancellation and Changes:

The party fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
-
Any changes to the number of guests or pottery selections must be made at least 24 hours prior to the event.
Liability:

Raven City Studio is not responsible for personal belongings left in the party room.

Any damages to studio property or equipment caused by party attendees will be charged to the booking party.

By booking the party room you agree to all terms and conditions.
